ServoMaster: Metadata: controller/transition

controller/transition feature returns true if the hardware is capable of providing the hardware transition control.

Examples are Ohmark Digital Servo Controller and AdvancedServo.

There's a lot of possible transition types, which may or may not be defined later (in particular, constant velocity and constant acceleration).At this time, this feature is rather for informational purposes.
