ServoMaster: Metadata: controller/protocol/serial

controller/protocol/serial feature returns true if the hardware supports serial protocol.

Keep in mind that there are controllers that support more than one protocol, like AdvancedServo, which will have both controller/protocol/serial and controller/protocol/USB features set to true.

This feature has no relation to the way the hardware is currently connected.
